A walk in the heart of the Massif des Maures to discover places lost in the middle of forests and scrubland where only ruins remain that bear witness to a past occupation.
Le Vallat, meaning "ravine" or "ditch", and La Dérroucade, meaning "rock", are localities right in the middle of the massif and the scrubland, where you can see ruins testifying to past occupation.
It's a hiking trail surrounded and immersed in Mediterranean vegetation, where you can appreciate the rockroses, kings of the garrigue, the pistachio trees and the chestnut trees.
