Parking : by coming from Lavandou, to the left in the first traffic circle in Rider.
Parking lot of the market - free.


Discover the route

Departure : cross the road in front of the traffic circle which you took to go to the parking lot, and join the cycle track, in the direction of the Pond of Beaumont.

Distance : 7.5 miles
Made uneven: 550m positive
Time : 3:30 hours non-stop
Profile : small steep little climb until the GR51, the courage!

The points of view which will offer themselves to you deserve well some efforts!
When you will leave the GR51, the descent up to the place of destination.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
- Respect the plan of paths, do not use shortcuts to limit the standing about of the vegetation and the erosion.
- Do not leave your waste on paths, take with you up to the next trash can.
- Fires in nature are forbidden.
- Inform you of the accessibility of the site to the Tourist office, if barriers are in position, it means that the forest massif is closed to the public because of meteorological risks

- To protect you from the sun: sunglasses, solar cream, cap.
- Take with you enough water to hydrate and snacks.
