Using the old railway "le train des Pignes", the cycle path is an 8 km secure track along the coast from Le Lavandou to Pramousquier.

Le Lavandou municipal sailing school offers week-long courses for all ages from 5 to 77. Le Lavandou schools and external sea-smart classes welcome. Private lessons. Equipment for hire.
