Green Castle

Pets welcome

Located in the heart of the village, the Château Vert estate, surrounded by its classified woods, is one of the oldest properties in the commune of La Londe les Maures. Come and discover our organic wines from Château Vert.

About

In the heart of the village of La Londe les Maures, this Château is greener than ever with, at its heart, a pine forest of several hectares, typical of Provence. This wine estate, located between the Massif des Maures and the Mediterranean, is one of the oldest in the La Londe appellation; it was registered as early as the 17th century.

Acquired by the Ghigo family in 2010, the estate now covers some 40 hectares, including some 30 hectares of vines. Anxious to link its winegrowing activity to nature, the estate switched to organic farming a few years ago. Today, it has set itself a new challenge: to make biodiversity its priority.

The Château Vert estate produces white, rosé and red wines in three appellations: AOP Côtes de Provence La Londe, AOP Côtes de Provence & IGP des Maures.
The estate welcomes you for a tasting of its organic wines all year round. Various group activities around the vine and wine are offered by appointment: visit of the estate, food and wine tasting, sophrology...
